Municipal vehicle Multicar M25 after overhaul:
Technological process of overhaul
- complete disassembly of vehicle
- assessment of components for reuse or replacement
- preparation of the frame, axles and metal parts with thickness over 2 mm for sandblasting
- sandblasting
- exchange of bearings, seals, pins, bushings and all active components related to the operating circuits (brakes, hydraulics, wiring etc.)
- engine is delivered by removable way, engines are repaired by the reputable firm incl. testing and stress tests on brake
- after assambly of engine back to the vehicle, with the car is driven 500 km in various stress conditions and made gradual adjustment of engine according to the result of tests
- for the chassis are delivered new leaf springs, shock absorbers as needed, new shackles, pins and bushings, reinsurance and new fenders including mud flaps
- disassembly of gearbox and differential, exchange of all bearings and worn out parts which no longer perform its function
- complete exchange of brakes incl. wounding of brake drums and testing on brake cylinders
- wiring - completely new cables incl. new accumulator and exchange of damaged parts
- all types of lights, starter and alternator are delivered new ones by the removable way
- fuel, coolant and hydraulic circuits: we supply new hose systems, spare parts related to these systems are new or by the removable way
- cab is completely new incl. upholstery, rubber components, soundproofing and small accessories (handles, levers, covers, etc.)
- supperstructure "tipper" (model S-3) is supplied completely new, we mount new sleeve of rotating storage of the superstructure and for each tipper are supplied two bolts to secure the bucket (tipper)
- painting vehicles - chassis: basic, anti-corrosion and top coat
- painting vehicles - tipper: cataphoresis, basic and top coat
- painting vehicles - cab: cataphoresis, basic, filler and top coat
- underneath parts of cab and tipper are painted with anti-corrosive coat
- painting materials are based on combination of syntetic - acrylate, in colour according to the demands of customer
- new pneu for the whole vehicle
- state technical inspection (STK) and emission after completion and testing
- warranty: 6 months on all made repairs, 24 months on rust of cab
- you receive the transfer protocol with all vehicle data
- delivery time: within 20 working days after the agreed date of delivery M25
